A "Sponsor" is a company who supports the DFW MUG. To show our appreciation,  we've created 3 categories of sponsorship, as described below.  In this document,  "to host" means to provide a location and "to sponsor “ a meeting means to provide refreshments.

DFW Mercury User Group Silver Sponsor

Host or Sponsor one meeting.

• Silver Sponsors will get a page on our website to promote their product or services for a 1 year period. The Sponsor may be responsible for maintaining the content on their page and the DFW MUG Board reserves the right to approve content.
• Silver Sponsor’s logo will be promoted on the meeting announcement page for the meeting they host/sponsor and will be included in all emails promoting that meeting.
• Silver Sponsor may display their sign or logo at the meeting that they host and/or sponsor and may make literature available at a sign in table at that meeting.

DFW Mercury User Group Gold Sponsorship

For a fee of $250 per year OR sponsor/host two meetings a year.

• Gold sponsors will get a page on our website to promote their product or services for 1 year. The Sponsor may be responsible for maintaining the content on their page and the DFW MUG Board reserves the right to approve content.
• Gold sponsor’s logo will be promoted on the meeting announcement page for the meeting they host/sponsor and will be included in all emails promoting that meeting.
• Gold Sponsors will be invited to attend the annual meeting where they will have time to speak to the group explaining why they wish to sponsor and network with the DFWMUG.
• Gold Sponsor’s logo will be promoted on the meeting announcement page during the month of the annual meeting and all emails promoting that meeting.
• Gold Sponsors may display their sign or logo at the meeting that they host/sponsor and may make literature available at a sign in table at the meeting that they sponsor and at the annual meeting. 

DFW Mercury User Group Platinum Sponsorship

For a fee of $250 per year and sponsoring/hosting two meetings per year.

• Platinum Sponsors will get their logo displayed on the main page of the DFWMUG website for an entire year
• Platinum Sponsors will get a page on our website to promote their product or services for 1 year. The Sponsor may be responsible for maintaining the content on their page and the DFW MUG Board reserves the right to approve content.
• Platinum Sponsor’s logo will be promoted on the meeting announcement page for the meetings they host/sponsor and will be included in all emails promoting that meeting
• Platinum Sponsors will be invited to attend the annual meeting where they will have time to speak to the group explaining why they wish to sponsor and network with the DFWMUG.
• Platinum Sponsor’s logo will be promoted on the meeting announcement page during the month of the annual meeting and all emails promoting that meeting.
