Issues with this Web Site?

Not receiving email from us?

If you would like to get automatic email messages announcing the next  member meeting, please make sure that you are registered on this website with a valid email address.

Even if you have a valid email, there are several mail servers that automatically reject the mail from "DFWMUG.COM" as spam.  Or,  your personal content  filter may be moving it to a "junk mail" folder and you don't see the email.

If you have paid your dues at a meeting, you are a "paid member" but may not yet be registered on the site.   We attempt to register our paid members, but sometimes we do miss someone.

Receiving Duplicate Emails?

Duplicate emails from "dfwmug.com" mean that you may have registered twice. If you  will log in to "dfwmug.com" with the user id and password you want to keep, then click on the tab "Contact us",  you can request that we delete your duplicate registration.

Just registered today ...but can't log back in?

When new user information is entered, an administrator must manually approve  and authorized the new user registration before the user can log back in. So be patient because  it may take a few days.

I "enrolled" to attend the next meeting but am not "approved"

You don't need to be "approved" to attend the meeting.  Therefore, you can  ignore this message.
